Payment information
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider through Shopify's secure checkout. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits and card type for reference.

- How you arrived at our site

Your saved addresses and order history.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — we cannot deliver without your name, address and phone number
- To provide support — answering questions, processing returns and warranty claims
- To improve the store — understanding which products and pages are useful
- To meet legal obligations — applicable UAE legal, accounting and commercial record-keeping requirements
Who we share it with
Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and processes checkout. Shopify's own privacy policy applies to data it processes: shopify.com/legal/privacy
Delivery courier
We share your name, delivery address and phone number with our delivery partner so they can bring your order to you. They use it only for that delivery.
Analytics and advertising
We use the following services, which set cookies and may receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site
- TikTok — to measure the performance of our TikTok content and ads
- Instagram / Meta — to measure the performance of our Instagram content and ads
These services may combine information about your visit with data they already hold about you. You can limit this through your browser cookie settings and through your Google, TikTok and Meta ad preferences.
We use Shopify Email to send order confirmations and shipping updates. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may also send occasional product news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each marketing email. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp marketing messages without your consent.
We never sell your data
FBS Emirates does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep your cart working between pages, remember you if you have an account, and power the analytics listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working correctly if you block essential cookies.
How long we keep your data
- Order and invoice records: retained as required by applicable UAE legal, accounting and commercial record-keeping obligations
- Account information: until you ask us to delete your account
- Analytics data: according to each provider's own retention period

- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and associated data, subject to the record-keeping obligations above
- Stop using your data for analytics or advertising

Our store uses HTTPS encryption on every page. Checkout and payment are handled entirely within Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant environment. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Where your data is processed
Shopify and the analytics providers listed above operate servers outside the UAE. By using our store, you understand that your information may be processed in those countries under those providers' safeguards.

If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage.
