Where we ship
FBS Emirates ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We deliver to all seven emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the UAE, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
We offer next-day delivery across the UAE. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day and delivered the following business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on a Sunday or UAE public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take one additional day.
Order processing
Cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 1:00 PM. Orders confirmed before this time on a business day ship out the same afternoon.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email. If you have not received it within 24 hours of your dispatch notice, contact us and we will resend it.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes — we offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE at no additional charge. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier at delivery.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provided. Please make sure your phone number is correct — couriers in the UAE call before arrival. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Incorrect address
If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, contact us immediately at 050 191 4082 (WhatsApp). If the order has not yet been dispatched we can correct it at no cost.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Warranty page for details.
